Reuters reports that doctors who accept money from pharmaceutical companies use Twitter to promote cancer drugs created by those same companies. The study also found that the doctors rarely disclose their financial dealings. Reuters says, "Of the 156 hematologist-oncologists in the study, 81 percent mentioned at least one drug from a company that gave them money, and 52 percent of their tweets mentioned the conflicted drugs." Should doctors have to report taking big pharma money? Should they be allowed to take the money in the first place?
