Last Wednesday, Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.) introduced S. 1689, a bill to amend the Controlled Substances Act. The bill, Marijuana Justice Act, removes cannabis from the DEA's scheduling system, effectively decriminalizing it, and encourages states to legalize the drug. What do you think?

I think it is a great idea. The War on Drugs has been an obvious failure. Now that marijuana could be legal, hopefully it can lead to safer use and less danger associated with it
