What is the most important key factors for diplomacy ?

Diplomacy has existed since the beginning of the human race. The act of conducting negotiations between two persons, or two nations at a large scope is essential to the upkeep of international affairs.

According to my opinions, the first thing is " transparency". If doesn't have transparency on the process of diplomat, the relationship between each country might be difficult to believe vice versa.

The second is " Security". If that state or country does not have internal and external security, the diplomacy is difficult to build between each other.

The other points are : Freedom , Welfare and Justice.

Let me know your thoughts. Welcome any comment!

I definitely agree to the well-thought out points above.Freedom, security, and transparency go hand in hand. While particularly studying The Cold War, and analyzing the post-revisionist historiography, I realized that many historians assert that The Cold War was inevitable and that both superpowers were equally responsible for the rising tensions. I believe that we were able to come to such a conclusion because there was 'an objectivity in the implementation of decisions'. Therefore, I also propose that in contemporary global world, it is important to foster a sense objectivity while taking diplomatic decisions.

All opinion and thoughts are welcome!

        Greek Economic Crisis

Currently the economic and numismatic situation in Greece is tremendously deplorable. The substantive amounts of refugees have culminated in the chaos that has ubiquitously existed after the bailout referendum. Unemployment has risen to 21%, one of the highest figures in Europe. The national debt of Greece places the country in second position worldwide. And regardless of the wage levels, approximately 60% of the gross pay is removed due to extreme income taxes. The prime minister has essentially no diplomatic attitude and has further contributed to the economic crisis that plagues the state. Despite of all the benefits of being a member of the EU, Greece decided to not accept the Troika help, which would possibly assist them in paying any of their debts, while Grexit almost happened. Tax evasion continues to exponentially proliferate, while social welfare is at its lowest. Myriads of people starve, education is limited and work positions have ceased to develop.

        Rohingya Muslim Crisis

In the Rakhine state of Myanmar, there has been an ongoing humanitarian crisis with the military conducting a mass deportation and extermination of the Rohingyan Muslim minority under the rule of Aung San Suu Kyi. Multiple human rights organizations have called it a genocide; while Myanmar has refused to give the UN access to the current crisis, thousands of Rohingyan refugees have witnessed the atrocities that have happened on their flight to the Burmese border. Although the Myanmar government and military have been criticized countless times, refugees are still tortured and killed every day. What are some steps that the international community can take in order to prevent the exacerbation of this crisis?
