The danger of terrorism is the impact it marks in every country it victimizes. We're not only talking about material damage, but the people whose lives are put on the line because of terrorism. It spreads as if it's some disease, and because it's sensational alot of people fear a group of persons because of their nationality or religion which creates more division in the world today. I think international organizations such as the UN or laws such as the International Humanitarian Law should be strengthened by NATO, ASEAN, AU, and so on. That's what IOs and NGOs are for. They are an extension of our states and what our governments can't handle on their own, they are the ones acting on it.
