      Iran nuclear deal

Do you think Trump is right the Iran nuclear deal was the weakest we could get? For one, there were tons of loopholes that'd allow Iran to continue production. What do you think withdrawl from the deal means?

        National Emergency

Donald Trump declaring a national emergency is a horrible abuse of power. Our founding fathers put a division of powers in the constitution to prevent something like this from happening. The Department of Justice has sent a warning to the Trump administration that the president’s emergency declaration will most likely get blocked by the courts. There has been 16 states so far to file a lawsuit against the Trump Administration to challenge the emergency. The house voted 245-182 to overturn the presidents declaration. Thirteen republicans joined the democrats in that vote. Next the issue will go to the senate. If it passes the senate then it will go to the president. The president says he will veto it. In the event of a veto two thirds would be needed in each chamber to override the veto. In the meantime we have to come together as American people and bridge the divide of political parties to save America. What do you think the final result will be? Do you think the declaration of a national emergency was an abuse of power?

        Micheal Cohen

Micheal Cohen was the former personal Lawyer for Donald Trump before and during his presidency. Micheal Cohen stood by Trump for years and admitted to blindly supporting him. That resulted in many legal problems. He has been sentenced to 36 months in prison after he pled guilty to many different charges involving Trump. He has openly come out and said he has lied to congress in the past. The president has consistently denied all claims that Cohen has made. I believe that Micheal Cohen is telling the truth about this accusations against trump and the trump administration. He has been very corporative with prosecutors and supplied the courts with many documents corroborating his various claims. Some may argue he is not credible because Cohen has admitted to lying to congress in the past. This has created lots of controversy with the trump administration. What further issues do you think this could cause for the administration? Do you believe Micheal Cohen is a credible source?

        Michael Cohen

Recently, Michael Cohen, President Donald Trump's attorney and proclaimed "fixer", testified in front of Congress accusing Trump of being a conman, a liar, and a racist. Although the shock value of Donald Trump's rhetoric has died down, this recalled many issues that framed the 2016 Presidential Election: Russian meddling in voting, inflammatory speech, exaggerated remarks, Trump's shady business dealings. Although Trump and his family have defended themselves, Cohen's testimony is certainly important and may irreparably damage what is left of Trump's reputation. Do you think Cohen is lying? Why or why not? What impact will this have on the Trump presidency, the 2020 election, and ultimately, American politics?
