Did you know that to build the Taj Mahal casino in Atlantic City, Trump essentially sold $650 million in bonds? He describes himself as such a successful businessman, but after watching Trump: Made in America on Netflix, it is becoming increasingly clear that everyone was convinced he was done for during the 1990s. He had to sell multiple casinos in Atlantic City, not to mention his personal life. How important do you think his characterization of himself as a successful businesman was in his 2016 victory?

I think his business label was extremely important in his 2016 victory. However, reports of his business losses, like the near $1 billion loss he sustained in one of his tax returns, were already available before the election. Would this new info really change any part of his campaign?
